Culture
& Evolution:
Anthropologists study the
human species and these studies range from examinations of DNA, research into
language, to the excavation of historic sites. All of these, and many more
activities are intended to shed more light on the human culture and how
we, as humans, evolved and adapted to our very physical environments in order
to survive and thrive.
6.
Consider
your own understanding of the concepts of "culture" and
"evolution". In your own words define "culture" and explain how it relates to
"evolution".
Post
your answer to the discussion question by Wednesday of the first week of the
discussion. You must meet posting requirements each week a
discussion is open.
See
the Schedule and Course Rubrics pages in the
Syllabus Module for due dates and grading information.
