In Module 3, you will write a 500-word reflection letter that focuses on the intended audience for your Instruction Manual. The letter should:

• Describe the intended audience for your step-by-step instructions.

• Discuss the audience's particular rhetorical and/or usability needs.

• Indicate how you plan to address these needs.

• Describe at least two tangible actions you will take in developing your instructions to meet your audience's needs.

In Module 3, you will submit the final draft of your Instruction Manual. The Instruction Manual should:

• Contain at least 20 individual steps detailing how to accomplish a technical task.

• Incorporate at least two (2) visual aids.

• Follow the principles of rhetorically effective design of instructional material as outlined in the Module 1 and Module 2 resources.
