Online Team Presentation

Purpose

·         Each team will deliver and record their presentation before a live, remote audience.

·         The PM will need to ascertain a date and time that will maximize audience participation.

·         The PM is responsible for ensuring the slides are correctly uploaded by the deadline.

Technology

·         Each team will utilize Zoom to conduct and record team meetings. 

·         Zoom permits the sharing of one’s computer screen, which makes it possible to use this meeting as an actual work session. There is no long distance charge associated with using Zoom.

·         Record your online meeting.

·         Save the recording to desktop in .mp4 format.

·         Rename the recording in this format “CourseTermYear#_Team#_ProjectPresentation.”
