How Do Laws Guide Employment Activities?

The second content area, Workforce Planning and Employment, includes a set of traditional responsibilities associated with the field of human resources. This is a sensitive area for all sectors of employment, as violation of associated tenets can lead to either private litigation or a federal section or suit.
