Part 1: Please introduce yourself to your fellow students. Where do you

Part 2: Application, Analysis, Synthesis and Evaluation. Select a term from the
Glossary of Terms on Food Labels (see Glossary 2-1 p. 59 of the text) or a
claim accepted for use by the Food and Drug Administration on a U.S. food label
(from Figure 2-11 on page 59 of the text). Then select a food item of your
choice that has one of these terms or claims on it and discuss what it means
for this particular food and how this information can be used by someone who
wants to make healthy food choices.
