PROMPT:

Sherry Turkle explains why she says social media use stunts empathy. But as Johnanna Figueria’s Code for Venezuela organization demonstrates, the use of social media can also be, and often is, a demonstration of empathy. What concrete actions can we take to limit the worst influences of social media feared by Turkle and enhance the best as modeled by Figueria?
