Virtual Library Exercise: Ethical Framework
Retrieve an article from the Brandman Virtual Library, summarize it, and post your summary and comments on the Discussion Board.  Go to the Virtual Library.  Here's how you get there:

·         Select Library prompt on the Quick Links menu.

·         Click on Access the Virtual Library link.

·         Under the Start Your Search banner, click on the “Advanced search” link that lies directly beneath the word Discover! in the top center box.

·         Enter your username and password when prompted. Your username is the first part of your email address up to the @ symbol, and your password is the same one you use for Blackboard.

·         On the advanced search page, build this search. Enter ethical frameworks for decision making in the top box.

·         Enter leadership in the second box.

·         Enter business in the third box.

·         Under Limit your results, check the boxes for “Full text” and “Scholarly (peer reviewed) articles”—(note, you would not normally check the box for “Full text”).

·         Once you have entered the search terms and the limiters, click on Search.

Cite the article in APA 6th Edition Format. Write one to two paragraphs summarizing the article, and give your opinion on the article in your discussion. Also, include an outline the framework proposed in the article. [An ethical framework is a decision process and/or questions to guide decision making.] Then read and comment on three other students' postings (one paragraph).
