MGMT 408 Week 4 Assignment Help | Devry University
Week 4: Course Project Part 1
PART 1: Search RFP solicitations - IT Related, and write an
analysis on the selected RFP sections.
(NOTE: You are not
responding to the RFP solicitation in Part 1; you are just analyzing the most
important sections to prepare you for PART 2 of the course project)
DUE Week 4: Written
analysis as described below:
·
RFP Summary (Write 1 page) This is usually taken from the instructions
to bidders, which can be found in the requestor section, the instructions to
bidders, in the scope statement, and/or the description of work.
·
Analyze the procurement statement of work (P-SOW) found in the RFP and
include why it is needed. (Write 2-3 pages)
·
Analyze the selection criteria and methodology to be used for selecting
a winner proposal. (Write 1-2 pages)
·
Analyze the type of contract being used in the RFP. Is it a "fixed price",
or a "cost plus" contract, or other type of
contract? (Write 1 page)
·
The format of your entire analysis must use standard margins with
12-point font.
·
Your written analysis should be at
a minimum of 4 to 6 pages, plus cover and reference page. Provide natural
breaks in the pages, do not force each section to be on a new page as the
report should flow from one section to the next.
Procedures and
deadline: The Part 1 RFP analysis should be prepared in a Microsoft Word
format suitable for electronic transmission. Any resources used beyond the
textbooks need to be cited in your document, including links to relevant
websites. Be sure to follow APA guidelines for citing your resources and create
a table of contents that will be automatically updated using Word.
Submission details: All Part 1
documents must be submitted no later than the end of Week 4. Submit a copy of
the three RFP Solicitations you have research and selected, and the analysis
you developed.
