Use PowerPoint, Prezi, Emaze, or another slideshow tool. Be sure to include a title slide, reference slide, and presenter’s notes. The slideshow should include the following: Description of the 6+1 Traits Writing Model and how it can be used to teach writing to elementary students and encourage critical thinking and meaning making Description of the writing process model and how it can be used to teach writing to elementary students and encourage critical thinking and meaning making Explanation of how to teach spelling in meaningful ways that encourages critical thinking and meaning making Explanation of how to teach grammar and conventions in meaningful ways that encourage critical thinking and meaning making. While APA format is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and in-text citations and references should be presented using APA documentation guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
