Intro: At the time of the case many customers are dissatisfied with their experience at CVS pharmacies due to prescription (script) fulfillment delays and problems.

Assignment: Develop a recommended improvement to the CVS pharmacy prescription fulfillment process.

Prepare a business process map for your recommended prescription fulfillment process improvement. Use the Business Process Model to diagram the improvement.

Recommend a process improvement that involves information and technology at the STORE LEVEL. Be sure to discuss key benefits. In keeping with the time frame of the case study- limit your technology response to CVS employees. For our purposes here, do not assume that customers will use Kiosks, E-Commerce. In class, we can bring the conversation to the most current day.

The BPM does not need to be diagrammed on a software tool as long as it is neat. Take a photo of your drawing if you hand draw and upload with your written response.
