Let's take a look into our own family history.  Identify a genetic disorder that runs in your family.  Do a little research on this disorder and discuss the following:  describe its mode of heritability (dominant, recessive, sex-linked, etc.) if this is known, what the preventative steps are, its symptoms and treatments. 

If you are at all uncomfortable with sharing this information, choose a genetic disorder that is just of some interest to you and describe this disorder.
