Your choices are to maintain in-house as-is, to host via cloud computing, or to eliminate altogether. Explore providers in this area, such as IBM and Oracle. Create this deliverable in the form of a 1- to 3-page recommendation memo to senior management to include the following information:   

  • A description of each IT asset

The SOW must contain the following information:   

  • Scope of work: Describe the work to be done in detail.
  • Period of performance: Specify when you would like the work to start and to be completed.
  • Deliverable schedule: Create a list of specific deliverables that the vendor must deliver and when.
