Write a 350- to 700-word paper that addresses the following: Part 2: Recommendation Memo Use the project plan and IT value-chain analysis to determine the most appropriate sourcing solution for each of the organization's IT assets as listed in the IT Value-Chain Analysis Matrix. Your choices are to maintain in-house as-is, to host via cloud computing, or to eliminate altogether. Explore providers in this area, such as IBM and Oracle. Create this deliverable in the form of a 1- to 3-page recommendation memo to senior management to include the following information:   

• A description of each IT asset
• Your recommendation for each asset
• Explain the rationale for your recommendation, including advantages and drawbacks.
• Discuss the ramifications of your recommendation.
