Provide the participants with a copy of University of Phoenix Material: How to Save the Self-Assessments Guide.
A copy of this document is located in the Course Materials forum.

Ask the participants to return soft copies the completed self-assessments to you. Note: Be sure the respondent’s browser is not set to automatically clear your cache and cookies.
