Week 7 Team Case Analysis and Presentation
You will be assigned to a Group by your professor. Each group should do the following:
- Analyze the case given by the professor
- Hold and record meetings using the tools found in the Group area
- Create a one-page analysis and recommendation and submit as a Word document
- Prepare a five to seven minute Voice Thread and upload that Voice Thread presentation to the following week's Voice Thread Contribution and Review thread on Sunday or Monday.
In this week's case for analysis:
Chapter 11 of the text includes a discussion of several trends that may have a role in the future of training. Read that portion of the Chapter and do a bit of internet research. Find some other trends that will affect the future of training. The SHRM website would be a good place to start. Meet with your Group and decide on the three trends found in your individual research that the Group feels will be the most important or disruptive.
