Case Analysis and Presentation
You will be assigned to a Group by your
professor. Each group should do the following:
- Analyze the case given by
the professor
- Hold and record meetings
using the tools found in the Group area
- Create a one page analysis
and recommendation and submit as a Word document
- Prepare a five to seven
minute Voice Thread and upload that Voice Thread presentation to the following
week's Voice Thread Contribution and Review thread on Sunday or
Monday.
In this week's case for analysis:
- The weekly reading describes
the creation and use of competency models for positions.
- Select two volunteers from
the group to interview about their current jobs.
- The Group should gather data
from the interviews to develop competency models for the volunteers'
positions.
