Week 6:
Project Simulation Video
All team
members will watch the following simulation video oceans eleven project management SOW (Links to an
external site.)Links to an external site.on project planning either
using traditional planning methodology or using agile methodology. The goal is
to give you an excellent view as to how this planning takes place in the real
world. Within your groups, you will discuss this simulation and compare to what
you have been working on as a course group project.
Your team
will submit a two-page report on your individual and collective observations of
the video and how it demonstrates what a project is and how we can compare the
major tasks in a project to scheduling the project, as we have done in the
class. In your report note the individual team members observations that
are derived from your group discussion boards.
The final
report of your discussion will be submitted with your final project in week 8.
You are also expected to include your assessment of the simulation within your
final project presentation in week 8.
