Select Your Organization and Focus Area for Capstone Project
Read the Capstone Course Guide, specifically the Course Project Instructions. Select an organization you would like to focus on for your Capstone project. It could be your own employer or it could be a publicly traded company. Since you will need to gather and analyze real data, it is critical that you have access to verifiable data sources. For publicly traded companies, this would include 10-k reports and for private organizations, it could be audited financial reports.
For this week's discussion:
- Explain why you have selected the organization
- What challenges or opportunities is it facing right now?
- What important changes are going on in the sector?
- What issues are you most excited about exploring?
