Write a 3-5 page paper in which you do the following:

1. Candidly assess yourself on each of Jack Welch's 4 Es and 1 P, including your strengths, weaknesses, and what you can do to improve.

2. Provide examples of occasions during your career when you demonstrated your strengths and when your weaknesses came into play.

Your assignment should adhere to these guidelines:

• Write in a logical, well-organized, conventional business style. Use Times New Roman font size 12 or similar, double-space, and leave ample white space per page.
