Capella library under the topic "employee training" yields a large
number of results. While the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the
Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) are both obvious places to search,
there are many other great sources for information on the field of training.
Select one
peer-reviewed article that does not come from either SHRM or ATD that you feel
would add to your knowledge of the field of training. Describe the essential
