Then, compare India’s caste system with racial/ethnic stratification in the United States. What are the similarities and what are the differences between the two systems? How does each system effect an individual’s potential for upward mobility?

Your initial post for each discussion should be a minimum of 250 words. Use scholarly sources to support your responses. Include citations and references in APA style.
