"Project Management" Please respond to the following:
        • Using the four steps in network planning techniques, select a personal project that you have recently completed or are in the process of completing. Determine three to five challenges that could affect the estimated completion time.
         The project is to strengthen the relationship of Serenity Memorial Funeral Service and the community the organization is located in. The mission is to reinforce appreciation to families served. The event will be two hours providing lunch and a $20 gas voucher to a local gas station to anyone from 10:30am to 12:30pm on the grounds of the SMF. Snow cones will also be available for purchase also. The planning and logistics of the project estimated is two months. Vendors that will donate the food served will be contacted via mail. The snow cone provider will be contacted to check availability for date of event. The network relations will be the vendors and entire staff of Serenity Memorial to make the event a success. Possible challenges that could affect the estimated time of completion could be the commitments from food supply vendor, gas provider, and favorable weather. The commitments can guarantee a successful project (event).
