Purpose of the Assignment
A project plan consists of many artifacts that must be integrated, and which must support each other as outlined in the project management framework. Project integration management ensures that all artifacts are aligned and completed. If an artifact is not aligned, project success is at risk.
Task
Your Assignment is to perform an audit of the ISA Project Plan, using the guidelines found in the Project Management Audit Tool Worksheet located here. Answer each of the questions identified in the grading rubric. There are eight tabs of questions in the Excel file “Project Management Audit Tool”. Each tab has several questions where you will examine the ISA Project Plan and determine if the section of the plan meets the required criteria. If it does, you will answer yes and support your answer to the cell on the right. If it does not, you will answer no and support your answer as to why the criteria was not met. All answers yes or no must be supported with rationale.
