I NEED EXCEL ASSIGNMENT OF WBS BASED ON THE FILE ATTACHED WITHIN TWO HOURS INSTRUCTIONS ARE: Assignment #2 – Work Breakdown Structure Professor Olga Brouckova Instructions: Start with the “In Scope” and Requirements sections of your Project Charter. Use the following deliverables to create your WBS. Project Management Office (PMO) = L1; L2-3 = Intranet; knowledge base; PM tools and techniques; best practices; training; hiring plan; and FAQ. Identify which of the deliverables I gave you are L2 and which of them are L3. Then, where possible, based on the project case info and research, add the L4. Subdivide the deliverables down to at least 3 levels where possible, ensuring your lowest level is a work package, which can be estimated for time and cost at a later time (not part of this assignment). We developed several WBSs in class and during the online hour; use your notes to help you. Your WBS will be used to develop a project budget in Assignment 3, so do your best! Upload your completed Assignment 2 into the WBS folder on Blackboard. Print off your Project Tracker (create a chart documenting List of Meetings, Dates, Objectives, Participants, and Notes on how it went, e.g. who attended, who didn’t attend, who was unprepared…) and hand it to me in class. You can use Excel to do this - but please make sure you clearly show what's L2, L3... (use numbering - see WBS Coding in your slides). Or you can use rectangles and arrows. Eventually you will need to create a budget based on your WBS in Excel. Due next Tuesday (Feb 18), 1 hour before class. Lateness policy: 10% day for 3 days. A grade of 0 applies after 3 days
