PSY 221 Philosophers argue for natural rights

most philosophers argue for natural rights, like the liberty to life...meaning am free to live and without any constraint except as long as other people's rights are inviolable. But again the is 'time' that is always against my liberty to life as it limits my years of living, meaning totally my freedom to life is being violated. my question is how would any philosopher argue for my liberty to life while there is 'life span' that is violating my freedom?
