·         Presentation is of required length

5/5

You provided a presentation within the required limits.

All key elements of the assignment are covered in a substantive way

The following are included;

·         Title page

·         Abstract

·         Background section

·         Description of the policy or program

·         Goals and objectives of the program

15/15

All the elements of the presentation were included.  You gave a clear well thought out abstract that set the scene for an excellent appraisal of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986.

The background information was complete and I liked that you tied it into a galvanizing moment with Len Bias because this was a defining event to spur this policy.

·         Explain the purpose of evaluation

15/15

Again you provided a strong rationale for the evaluation of this policy. Especially in the light of some of the unintended consequences with regard to the courts and corrections.

·         Evaluation Methodology is described

15/15

Your methodology section was broken down into five clear well explained steps.

Analysis of study including:

·         Significance of study

·         Limitations

·         Data results included, real or predicted

·         Conclusions and recommendations

15/20

On the whole the significance and the limitations were well thought out and gave good detail.  I would have liked it if you had used some actual data to support the eminently reasonable positions you took about this policy.

·         Comprehensive Speaker’s Notes are included with each slide

20/20

Excellent Speaker’s Notes.
