Criminal Proceeding Project – Part 2 Instructions
Based on your submission of Part 1, you willtravel to the selected courthouse and observe thecriminal proceeding(s). You are not expected to observe criminal proceedings for a full day or observe a trial for multiple days; a morning or afternoon session should provide all that is needed to complete the assignment(the estimated time of observation is 4 hours or less).After your observation of the criminal proceeding, you will write a 3-5 page summary and analysis of the proceedings, courtroom workgroup, and other criminal justice issues from your observation. Your paper must be in current APA format with a title page, references, and abstract in addition to the summary.
