Required texts are compulsory to use Assignment Assessment 2: Individual Field Trip & Written Report (40%) THE MAGISTRATES/LOCAL COURT Students are required to visit a Magistrates/Local Court and submit a written report, which describes the main features of the Australian welfare system and analyses an actual case involving the application of welfare law. Based on your individual fieldwork activity, your written report will include:
• Reviewing the role, structure, and purpose of the Children’s Court of Victoria
• Explaining a case in relation to the relevant welfare law
• Discussing the ethical considerations and
• Detailing the process of dispute resolution
• Word Count: 1200-1500 words
