Learning Team Instructions: Information Systems Plan

 Read the following instructions to prepare for the Team Assignment. Refer to the weekly Learning Team assignments for details.

The following Learning Team project is due in Week Six with sections of the project due throughout the course.

Develop a 2-year Information Systems Plan for an organization of the Learning Team's choice. The plan should include three information systems objectives, how to measure progress, and how to evaluate successful completion. The Learning Team should work together each week to brainstorm and develop content for the Information Systems Plan.

During Week One, organize upcoming work for the Learning Team. Each team member must be assigned at least one activity to draft original core content during the remainder of the class. Each week, each team member must either draft original core content for the Information Systems Plan or provide constructive feedback to someone that did to earn weekly credit. Also, identify any non-credit, but necessary administrative tasks; these include activities such as submitting files, formatting, editing, aggregating documents, and any summary or conclusion sections.

In Week One, you will complete the Learning Team Charter and organize upcoming work, as noted above.

In Week Two, you will identify and describe the Learning Team's selected organization, and develop three plan objectives.

In each of Weeks Three, Four, and Five, you will select one of the three plan objectives and provide the details for accomplishing that objective.

In Week Six, you will compile the assignment documents from the previous weeks and submit the final Information Systems Plan.

Consolidate the Learning Team assignment deliverables from Weeks Two through Five to create a 4- to 7-page Information Systems Plan.

Note. Individual team members can earn full points by doing either of the following:

• Author original core content at least two days before the end of the week so that others can provide constructive feedback
• Provide constructive feedback (what was good, what could be improved, and rationale for the improvement) to someone that authored original core content
