Assess the contribution of both extrinsic and intrinsic rewards to improving employee contribution and sustained organisation performance. Refer to academic research and the literature in this area and illustrate withexamples of good 
Explain how reward policy initiatives and practices are implemented inyour chosen 




Demonstrate your understanding of the role of line managers in makingreward decisions. In this section you should:

Explain the various ways line managers contribute to reward decision-making. Give some examples of actions/initiatives which you have taken and might take in the future to help line managers understand your total reward strategy and get their buy in for its application in daily management, to increase performance and engagement of their staff.
