The IEEE 14-bus testing system is shown in Figure 1, in which bus 1 is reference bus.
Generator, branch and load data are listed in Tables 1-3, respectively.
(a). Please calculate shift factor. (30 points)
(b). Please use the shift factor to calculate the DC line flow. And, which line is overloaded? (20 points)
