For example training workers for international business is effective in preparing them for work in a different culture.Describe some of the employee training and development programs used in organizations today. Explain which ones may be more effective than others.Do an Internet search using the phrase: CDC - Training - Hand Hygiene. In a health care setting hand washing is a key measure in preventing the spread of disease. From a training perspective explain why something as simple as hand washing would require such a developed training module.
