For this assignment, please review the following podcast Stop the Medical Office Bickering, and complete your 
paper using the outline below. This podcast covers specific reasons why 
conflicts can emerge in a practice and how office disagreements can impact 
productivity. Proactive strategies physicians and office executive can use to 
reduce the potential conflicts are discussed

In a 2-3 page paper where you consider the impact on a health care 
organization:

•	Explain why conflicts occur.
•	Describe how bickering can impact productivity and provide examples of 
ramifications if conflict issues are not resolved. 
•	Describe strategies that managers can use to reduce or resolve 
organizational conflict.
•	Discuss proactive strategies managers can use to prevent or reduce intra 
organizational conflict. 
•	Discuss the types of resources a health care organization should have 
available to assist in handling conflict issues.
