Pick one of the "movements" discussed this week (e.g., Chicano Movement, Women's Movement, Gay Liberation, Anti-War Movement). Explain the purpose of the movement, who was involved in the movement, and changes that resulted from the movement. Next, explain why you believe that this movement was or was not important for the social development of the United States.
All submissions should be formatted in a 12 point Times New Roman font. Include a conclusion page. Citations and references should be properly cited in APA format (6th edition). Your answer should contain paraphrased information from at least one or three valid sources other than your textbook. The topic that I think is an excellent topic to write on is about the Gay Liberation.
