Webex: Using Excel for
Forecasting
In this week's Webex Exercise, we will continue to work on our Excel
skills by creating forecasts using three different Heuristic methods. You were
able to get an overview of these three methods in the Module 2 content. To
refresh your memory they are: Naïve; N-period and weighted moving average;
Simple exponential smoothing.
You may find it useful to refer back
to the example videos provided in Module 2 opens in new window as you
complete the WebEx Exercise for Module 2.

To help you complete this activity, there is a pre-made Excel

recommend that you open this sheet as you watch the video to prepare for our
