Mrs Jones informs you that the board has a prior commitment and that your next assignment is a direct result of their absence. They've asked your supervisor to have you prepare a letter. This letter should be welcoming and inform the newly hired interns of the corporate philosophy, goals, and culture of the client company. 
Note: For this task, you must select a technology company of your choice. The company should have a very distinct culture. Additionally, you must research the company and answer the following questions. 
For this assignment, you must submit a letter consisting of 1250-1600 words in which you welcome the new employees and discuss with them the corporate philosophy, goals, and culture of the selected company. 
Assignment Guidelines:
•	In a welcome letter of 1250-1600 words, do the following: 
o	Welcome the new employees with congratulations.
o	Explain the company and its business.
o	Discuss the company structure.
o	Discuss the company's corporate philosophy, goals, and culture.
o	Drawing from examples, such as forms of communications within the company, power and authority relationships, and other norms, describe how the company lives its culture.
o	Discuss how the new employees should go about implementing the corporate philosophy, goals, and culture. 
o	Compare the culture of the company to that of 1995 Auto Sales, Inc.
