Write a four to five . page paper addressing personnel evaluation that includes the following:
Research at least four (4) peer-reviewed, academic sources.
Compare and contrast three (3) state agencies’ personnel evaluation systems.
Analyze and summarize four (4) key factors to consider in implementing a public personnel evaluation system.
Describe four (4) challenges public managers must consider in implementing a public personnel evaluation system.
The format of the paper is to be as follows:
Typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman font (size 12), one-inch margins on all sides, APA format.
Use headers for each of the subjects being covered, followed by your response.
In addition to the four to five (4-5) pages required, a title page and a reference page are to be included. The title page is to contain the title of the assignment, your name, the instructor- name, the course title, and the date. The reference page should list, in APA format, the sources you consulted in writing the paper
