Write a four to five  page position paper defining the needs of public personnel today. The paper must include the following:
 	Research at least four (4) peer-reviewed academic sources.
 	Analyze and explain four (4) critical trends affecting the growth of public personnel today.
 	Analyze and evaluate four (4) strategies needed to create a diversified workforce.
 	Describe four (4) strategies the government must address to sustain union membership and representation among public employees.
The format of the paper is to be as follows:
 	Typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman font (size 12), one-inch margins on all sides, APA format.
 	Use headers for each of the subjects being covered, followed by your response.
 	In addition to the four to five (4-5) pages required, a title page and a reference page are to be included. The title page is to contain the title of the assignment, your name, the instructor- name, the course title, and the date.
 	The reference page must list, in APA format, the sources you consulted in writing the paper.
Note: You will be graded on the quality of your answers, the logic/organization of the report, your language skills, and your writing skills.
