Research the penal code for the state in which you live. 
Write a four to six (4-6) page paper in which you:
Appraise the goals of the juvenile justice system in your state, detailing the current goals and discussing what goals the state should have when dealing with juveniles.
Analyze the procedures that must be taken to transfer a juvenile offender to adult court.
Discuss the punishment ramifications for a juvenile who is convicted in adult court and contrast that punishment in the juvenile court.
Analyze the requirements for juveniles who are placed on probation.
