Creating change might be difficult however using effective change models techniques and approaches will most likely ensure success. Through means of assessment, leaders can determine where change is needed within an organization. When considering change, it is essential to consider the current state of the organization and where the organization is headedâ€â€what is the ideal future state? Only after these two points are consideredâ€â€where you are and where you want to beâ€â€can you determine the method for obtaining that future state.

After observing operations and talking to many people at all levels of the organization, vendors, and customers, you are shocked to realize that the organization is in accordance with each of the items on the “Psychopathic Disorder Checklist.†You are very committed to changing these characteristics within the organization. How would you lead a change as a leader of the company?
