Integration of Teams Planning and Training
My suggestion is we could implement a human resource system at an acute care facility and the audience would be the employees of the acute care facility. The human resource system that we could be implementing is a new evaluation system which evaluates objective goals from 0-3 rating scale and depending on the overall percentage will determine the employees' raise. The acute care facility currently uses an evaluation system with a similar rating scale but everybody across the board gets a 2% raise. This will be a brand new concept for the employees. One consideration could be that low performers will be very upset about this, high performers will be excited about it and hopefully the middle performers will be motivated to perform better. The managers scoring the evaluations also need to have a training set up to ensure consistency with the scoring.
