There has been a lot of conversation concerning executive level pay within the media. Many people feel executive level pay is out of line with the wages of the average worker. Others feel executives earn every dollar of their pay just as any other worker. Build an argument for and against executives earning the amounts they do with their benefits and perks.
Topic 2:
Flexible benefit programs have been very popular among both employers and employees. However, there is some debate about whether these flexible benefit programs are just a way to allow companies to reduce benefit costs. It is felt by some individuals that employees should be suspect to these programs. Do you agree or disagree? Explain your response.
