Research two (2) recently elected, within the last four (4) years, judges in your county or state. Review your local and state bar association Website for information on appointed judges. Elected officials may also have an independent Website to support their re-election on which relevant information may be available.  
Write a three to five (3-5) page paper in which you:
Review judicial qualifications for the two (2) judges you researched to decide whether they are too qualified or not qualified enough based on your county- or state- requirements.
Decide which judge is more qualified based on his / her training and background. 
Research and analyze the additional training that the two (2) judges you profiled received or will receive. Indicate how this training helps to prevent judicial misconduct and unethical behavior.
Research and cite at least four (4) peer-reviewed sources in addition to the text. Access to the Strayer Learning Resource Center is available to students, including Lexis-Nexis and EBSCO. Note: Wikipedia and similar Websites do not qualify as quality resources.

Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA format, including in-text citation. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.
