Though many will call themselves social entrepreneurs, this title is somewhat debatable because the term social entrepreneurship is not well defined. In this assignment, you will create a definition for social entrepreneurship.
Before beginning this assignment, read "Social Entrepreneurship: The Case For Definition" and "Social Entrepreneurship."
Write a 500-750-word essay with the following components.
1.	Outline your definition of social entrepreneurship based on the articles.
2.	Indicate whether or not you believe your venture could be considered social entrepreneurship. Explain.   
3.	Illustrate the importance of societal wealth ventures, social responsibility, community outreach, and giving back to the community in order to ensure balance between private and societal interests.

A well-written business plan can be invaluable to any business. It plays a key role in qualifying for start-up capital and ongoing financing for the venture. This assignment will be the completion of your business plan. First, you will complete the final three sections and the appendices of your plan. Then, you will combine them with the previously completed sections to produce a finished business plan. Finally, you will submit the plan to your instructor.

1.	Read Lecture 7 for a discussion of the "Location and Layout" (Section VIII) and "Description of Management Team" (Section X) sections of a business plan. Write these sections of your business plan based on what you have read.
2.	Read Lecture 8 for a discussion of "Plan of Operation" (Section XI) and the "Appendices" of a business plan. Write these sections of your business plan based on what you have read.
3.	Make any desired revisions to the other sections (Executive Summary, I-VII, IX, XII, and XIII) of your business plan.  
4.	Insert the new sections (VIII, X, XI, and appendices) into the appropriate locations within your business plan.
5.	Submit the completed business plan to your instructor as directed.
