This is what I wrote)...This is the duty of the leader to provide a clear path that the team can follow. The leader must use effective strategies like the leader and buy into the vision of the leader. As a leader, I take some time to share the vision with the team, so that the team can understand that why and how the vision will not improve the business and how it will be beneficial (Landsberg, 2000). Generally, the leader must include the team in the strategic planning process and ask for the feedback and get the group to buy into the vision for the future of the business. If the leaders want that their vision to be heard then first they must give the reason to trust the leader. If the people like the leader then they start to like the ideas. The team is also influenced by the leader, who inspire them and leader whom have build the trust with them (Ogden, & Meyer, 2007).
