"HIV - Developed and Developing Countries"  Please respond to the following:
Antiretroviral therapy essentially extends life by a projected 24.2 years, but at a cost of approximately $303,000 per person, which exacts a tremendous cost upon health care delivery resources and systems, especially in the U.S.
•	Analyze the advancements in medical science that have been achieved and the related costs incurred in reducing HIV / AIDS through successful antiretroviral therapy, and make recommendations for future policy decisions specific to the U.S. population (and/or other developed countries). Provide specific examples to support your response.
•	Analyze the burden of HIV / AIDS, specifically the diagnoses process, HIV / AIDS mortality past, present, and future, and screening and diagnostic testing advancements with their related costs and their likely success and economic costs to developing/third-world nations. Provide specific examples to support your response.

"HIV / AIDS Prevention versus Diagnostics"  Please respond to the following:
•	Analyze the value, cost-effectiveness, and success of HIV/AIDS prevention strategies and education efforts, and make at least two (2) recommendations for improvement. Provide specific examples to support your response.
•	Take a stand on whether more funds should be directed toward prevention / education of HIV / AIDS or toward current diagnostic evaluation methodologies, and current advancements in epidemiological diagnostic and treatment protocols. Explain your rationale.
