CRJ 200 WEEK 1 DISCUSSION This post incorporates three questions for discussion and deal with some of the fundamental aspects of the criminal justice system First, since you have read about evidence in criminal cases, give an example or explanation of "circumstantial evidence". Do you think "circumstantial evidence" is sufficient for finding a defendant guilty? Second, "reasonable doubt" is an often used term. What does that term mean to you? If you were on a jury what would "reasonable doubt" be for you? Finally, what do you think of the jury system of criminal justice? Is it a good system or are there flaws?
